Because our products are made fresh and in small batches, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. To ensure product integrity, we have a clear and transparent return and refund policy outlined below.

Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade and personal care products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product that is untouched, fresh, and safe for use.

Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Products
We take utmost care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement:

  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Replacements will be approved only for:

  • Damaged or leaking products on arrival
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing item from the order

Refunds
Refunds are approved only if the product is unavailable for replacement or if your order is canceled before dispatch. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 4 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or with coupons

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges due to hygiene and product safety reasons.
